New cheeses take the stage
Summer is the season for cheesemaking at Jako Farm! Working in small, artesinal batches, we make our cheese using only the richest summer milk for optimum flavor and nutrition. These cheeses will continue to age as the months progress, and you’ll be able to taste the progression as deeper and richer flavors develop in the cheeses throughout the year.
Because everything has a season, right now is the only time you can purchase fresh cheddar in the farm store. (It will progressively age in depth of flavor each week.) Try some today!
