2. Serve simple foods that you can feel good about
Sure, it’s fun every once in a while to make the fancy French stuffed chicken breast roll tied with string and roasted over an open fire, but it’s also okay to keep it simple. Pick foods that are nutritious, easy to make, and will make you feel good at the end of the meal. Skip lots of breads and opt for more veggies instead. Slow down and ask someone small to help you wash the carrots. At the end of the meal you’ll be glad you did.
What we’ll be eating: JakoPure Leg of lamb (one of our all-time favorites!), roasted sweet potatoes, and a big green salad. You can find all of those items (and more you can feel good about) in the farm store.
